Diana Leng

Ms. Diana Leng has over two decades of executive experience within the Banking, Energy & Technology sectors. She has is  silled in the areas of treasury, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial markets, and strategic management. Ms. Leng started her career  in the Netherlands with a large Dutch Banking group.  Here she gained experience in banking, insurance, and asset management internationally. 

 

Subsequently, as CFO of an international offshore drilling company, she was instrumental in the building of and overall in charge of the finance function, capital, and asset management. As a key member of this management team, she insisted on being a hands-on executive who actively balances the demands of operational excellence and financial risk management though a number of tough cycles in the energy sector. 

 

She was the COO for a pre-launch Digital Health Platform. It was in this role, Diana gained completely new insights in and exposure to the areas of Healthcare, Health-Tech, and Consumer Market behaviour. She successfully grew the company from a small Start-Up to a multi-market, independent, digital platform across the region. 

 

Most recently, Diana is as CFO responsible for the Finance, HR, Legal and IT functions at BECIS, a sustainable energy platform. 

 

She is passionate about education and mentorship and served as Executive Fellow and Fintech series Lecturer for NUS ACE. Diana holds various independent Board Positions and serves as an advisor to several Start-Ups entrepreneurs.  In her free time, she enjoys mentoring young professionals, travelling for food and wine and photography. She considers keeping up with the curiosity of her two young daughters one of the most rewarding personal achievements to date. 

 

Ms. Diana Leng is a proud Alumna of Maastricht University the School of Business & Economics. She holds a Master of Science in International Business.
