About the Role

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a strong and engaged community for our executive education programs, promoting thought leadership among our participants, and building a supportive network of families for our Just Ask Prof chatbot tutor. This role will play a critical part in driving the success of our programs and ensuring an enriching experience for all our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to create a strong, interactive, and supportive network for participants in our executive education programs.
Foster thought leadership among participants, encouraging the sharing of ideas, knowledge, and expertise to drive transformative change in their respective organizations.
Manage and grow the community for the Just Ask Prof chatbot tutor, ensuring that families have a positive and rewarding experience.
Create engaging content for our online platforms, including social media, blogs, and forums, to encourage discussion and collaboration among community members.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote KBC Global Partners' programs and offerings to prospective clients.
Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to connect community members and provide value-added learning opportunities.
Act as a liaison between the community and KBC Global Partners, gathering feedback and insights to inform program improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

  2. Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.

  3. Proven experience in managing and growing online communities across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and forums.

  4. Able to use AI, ChatGPT, midjourney to move fast

  5. Experience in organizing and facilitating virtual and in-person events.

  6. Ability to work independently
